About Semear

Semear is an urban ministry utilizing agroecology and income-generating projects to proclaim the gospel among the poor and socially vulnerable, including the homeless, refugees, and children. Semear fosters responsible care for the earth and people and the sharing of crop surpluses through local vegetable garden clubs, agroecological training, food security, and revenue-producing work in low-income areas.

The ministry assists communities and churches by teaching sustainability and citizenship. Evangelical outreach, discipleship, and Bible studies are integrated into all programs, allowing workers to meet communities' physical and eternal needs.
